Animated Spinner

The Crystara Spinner is an interactive visual element that brings excitement and engagement to the NFT minting process, enhancing the gacha experience.

What is the Spinner?

The Spinner is a visually appealing animation that displays during the minting process of Gacha Collections. It creates anticipation as collectors wait to see which NFT they'll receive, similar to a prize wheel or slot machine.

Crystara Spinner

Features & Benefits

Engaging User Experience

  • Visual Excitement - Creates a moment of anticipation and excitement
  • Rarity Visualization - Shows the possible outcomes and their relative rarities
  • Celebration Effects - Special animations for rare or legendary pulls

Transparency

  • Real-Time Probability Display - Shows actual chances for each rarity tier
  • Verifiable Results - The outcome is determined by Supra's dVRF, not the animation
  • Educational Tool - Helps collectors understand the probability mechanics

How It Works

  1. Initiation - After a collector confirms their mint transaction, the Spinner appears
  2. Animation - The Spinner rotates, showing the various rarity tiers
  3. Result Determination - Behind the scenes, Supra's dVRF determines the outcome
  4. Landing - The Spinner lands on the predetermined result
  5. Reveal - The specific NFT is revealed with appropriate celebration effects

Customization Options (Coming Soon)

Creators can customize several aspects of the Spinner for their collections:

  • Visual Theme - Match the Spinner's appearance to your collection's aesthetic
  • Animation Style - Choose from different animation patterns
  • Sound Effects - Add custom sounds for different results
  • Celebration Intensity - Configure special effects for rare outcomes

Implementation

The Spinner is automatically included with all Gacha Collections on Crystara. No additional setup is required to use the basic Spinner functionality.

For customization options, visit the Advanced Collection Settings section in our NFT Launch Pad documentation.

Technical Notes

  • The Spinner is purely visual - the actual NFT assignment is determined by the blockchain
  • The animation timing is not related to the actual randomness generation
  • All results are predetermined by Supra's dVRF before the animation begins
